Oriented Feeding Systems
FlexiLiner
The gentlest method for transporting caps horizontally and vertically in an oriented manner. Softgrip technology allows the caps to be held gently. The cap is conveyed without moving relative to the conveyor belt and without rubbing against the guides.

Oriented Feeding Systems
AirLiner
There is an elegant solution for transporting caps whilst maintaining their orientation: the GASSNER AirLiner. The AirLiner “sterile-air conveyor” transports caps without any loss of cap orientation.
Advantages and features
- Oriented transport of plastic flat caps, sports caps and aluminium twist-off caps
- Can also be used as a shut-off buffer (e.g. in stretch-blow moulding and filling machines)
- Suitable for slight inclines and declines
- Horizontal transport with or without bends

Buffer systems
For buffering caps using turntable systems or pneumatic conveyance (TreatmentBox).
Advantages and features
- Both versions can be flexibly combined with the GASSNER AirLiner or FlexiLiner
- Integrated air shower for air transport to roughly reduce particles
- The TreatmentBox system features a built-in air shower to remove the bulk of particles
- Optional for the TreatmentBox system: integrated germ reduction via UV irradiation of the entire buffer supply
Feeding Systems
Horizontal/vertical conveyors
They enable the horizontal or vertical transport of caps. Depending on the requirements and the type of cap, belt conveyors, magnetic conveyors, inclined belt conveyors, bucket conveyors or modular belt conveyors are used.

- Depending on the type of cap and the installation situation, various components can be used flexibly or retrofitted
- The conveyors are very hygienic; everything is made of stainless steel, with smooth surfaces and transparent covers
- Smooth-running and low-wear
- Simple and robust, yet with minimal wear on the belt
- We are also happy to offer you a solution for large caps such as, for example, sports caps or aluminium long caps
Feeding Systems
Collection and storage
Enables the collection and storage of caps delivered in large containers such as Oktabins or Silotainers, or in smaller containers such as hand-carried cartons. We have a tipping station in our range for the overhead emptying of large containers.

- Possible containers: octabin, mesh box, hand-carried cartons, etc. etc.
- Discharge: front, side, bottom or overhead
- Automatic switching is possible when multiple cap collections are detected
- All Basement units are hygienically optimised and manufactured in stainless steel
