Removing particles
To reduce particulate matter on the cap surface, we offer a range of systems, including targeted cleaning of the inside of the cap using our optimised SmartClean solution.
In this process, the cap is rinsed, i.e. flushed with sterile air.
To generate hygienic or even sterile conveying air, we have developed the “Super-Pressure-Box”, a compact unit for producing hygienic air. This air is used both for the oriented transport of caps using the AirLiner and for the bulk transport of caps under a protective atmosphere.
